NALAM AI at RGGH Hospital
NALAM AI is a newly launched WhatsApp-based chatbot service introduced by the Tamil Nadu Health Department to digitize and simplify access to government healthcare services. It was officially inaugurated in July 2026 by Health Minister K.G. Arunraj (under the guidance of Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay) as part of the broader Nalam TN digital health initiative
