The Integrated Diabetic Foot Care Programme titled \u201cPadham Padhukaapom Thittam\u201d, launched on 28th October 2024, is a first-of-its kind program in the country built on the foundation of the Government\u2019s flagship Scheme for NCDs, \u2018Makkalai Thedi Maruthuvam (MTM)\u2019.
