The programme provides comprehensive, free-of-cost services for the prevention, early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of leprosy, along with disability prevention and rehabilitation of persons affected by leprosy and post-exposure prophylaxis for eligible contacts, through all government health facilities across the State.
