The State has made commendable strides in ensuring that Mental Health services are accessible at every level of care, from primary to tertiary, including specialized de-addiction services. Natpudan Ungalodu Mananala Sevai \u2013 Tele Manas service which is a 24\/7 toll free tele-helpline providing counselling services is also implemented in the state.
